Maltodextrin Powder (PIONEER MALTOSE™) is a short-chained starch sugar, gelatin hybrid base used as a food additive. It is produced by enzymatic hydrolysis from gelatinized starch & is usually found as a creamy white hygroscopic spray dried powder. It is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose, and might either be moderately sweet or might have hardly any flavor. It is ideal for use in energy source, instant mixing, sweetening teas, coffee and drinks. It can also be used for thickening agent, instant pudding, flavor gelatins, salad dressings, bulking, weight gain supplements, confectionery, etc.

Liquid Glucose (SWEET MAX™) is a purified concentrated aqueous solution of nutritive saccharides obtained from purified starch. It has an advantage as anti-crystallinity, high viscosity and a lower freezing point. It is widely used in candies, beverages, enzyme preparations, preserved fruit jams, bakery applications and enhances food quality too.

High Maltose Syrup Wheat starch is hydrolyzed by a duel enzyme for liquefaction & saccharification under control condition to generate a high DE containing maximum maltose and minimum quantity of glucose and other sugar. It has characteristics such as, low hygroscopicity, low viscosity, high resistance to crystallization, low sweetness, reduced browning capacity and good heat stability.

These properties make it useful in many applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
It is also used to control crystallization and sweetness in ice creams when used in confectionery products, it helps to lower the hygroscopicity of the product, controls crystallization, prevents drying and lowers viscosity.
